At the Farrell Partnership, we understand that no two projects are the same. Each client and every project is subject to a series of circumstances and drivers that need to be met to insure overall project success.  

Maintaining our focus on achieving project success, we develop a  written execution plan by project phase, to determine milestones and activities that need to occur during each phase.  This is then integrated into our overall  quality assurance plan to help us insure all project objectives have been properly addressed on a phase by phase basis. Once all the objectives of a phase have been completed, we can proceed on to the next phase of the work.

Documented success. Since the project goals have been clearly identified at the start, we are able to quantitatively provide objective metrics to evaluate the overall success of the project.
